Project: I conducted a comprehensive social listening analysis for Avène Taiwan using Brandwatch. This involved auditing Avène's social media presence and benchmarking against key competitors. The resulting insights revealed opportunities to deepen audience understanding and optimise content strategy, directly influencing the creative direction of Avène's social media content.

Building on these insights, I developed strategic recommendations to optimise Avène's content strategy and creative direction, focusing on understanding consumer needs and how the brand can better leverage its products to address those needs. By conducting in-depth social listening and identifying gaps in their current approach, I suggested ways to engage audiences through interactive events, such as giveaways, where consumers could share their preferences and concerns. This allowed Avène to not only monitor and respond to evolving consumer interests but also to create content that truly resonates with their audience and aligns with their needs. My ability to uncover key insights and translate them into actionable strategies helped enhance the brand’s social media presence and engagement.
