冰糖銀耳湯 Rock Sugar White Jelly Fungi

前一陣子學姊開團團購冰糖銀耳湯,我跟她說「我昨天剛好做了一鍋,很好做噢!」
她問我「有比從冰箱打開來快速嗎」
的確,我花了一夜泡開銀耳,蒸好後再等待放涼,但原汁原味還可以自行調整甜度 枸杞紅棗還有銀耳的量

冰糖銀耳湯 食譜
食材:銀耳、枸杞、紅棗、冰糖
製作步驟
1. 隔夜泡銀耳 (不要拿太多,因銀耳遇水會發開)
2. 隔天泡開後,可用剪刀將銀耳減小,食用時較便利
3. 記得將水倒掉也將銀耳洗一洗。 洗枸杞和紅棗。
4. 將枸杞、紅棗、銀耳放入鍋裡與電鍋裡,加入冰糖(自行斟酌糖度)
5. 可熱飲或放涼再飲用
The other day my friend was crowd gathering group buying rock sugar white jelly fungi.
Coincidentally I made a pot of it the night before and told her “it’s easy to make!”
She asked me “is it even quicker and easier to open a can from the fridge?”
Oh well, I indeed waited for a night for the dehydrated white jelly fungi to soak into water and bloom its life to fullest on an 8 hours overnight sleep, then I washed, steamed, and let them cool down before I can consume it to boost my collagen delightedness. All in all, I can adjust the level of sweetness? Or put as much jujube, white fungi, and goji berry as I pleasure?
Early summer monsoon rain season, back to nature with a bowl of collagen nutrition therapy. This is a dessert drink.

Rock sugar white jelly fungi recipe
Ingredients:White jelly fungi, goji berry, jujube, and rock sugar
1. Soaked white jelly fungi overnight (don’t get more than you think it looks as it’ll bloom into a big bouquet of flower after water absorption)
2. After the overnight soaked, cut the white jelly fungi by scissors to a smaller shape for better consumption
3. Throw the overnight soaked water away. Wash the white jelly fungi, goji berry and jujube.
4. Put white jelly fungi, goji berry and jujube, and rock sugar into a pot, then into the steamer.
5. Ready to serve! Can be consumed as a warm dessert or a cold dessert drink.
