Here is my travelling and gastronomy creative outlet before one day I head to Mars(just a saying of how we are experiencing life here in Earth.)
In no chronological order in updating travel and gastronomy experience, and the adventure of upgrading sensory and olfactory skill.
I once had a travel blog, unfortunately my poor IT skills had it lost between websites migration, currently I am building back this creative world in no chronicle order in updating travel, gastronomy, and expat life experience in living in France and UK.
The difference of now and then was I upgraded my tastebud.
Somewhere between the past 4 years my olfactory and cooking skills have up-skilled(thanks to 2020) in able to distinct taste/ sensory, notably in passing “Tea Sensory Evaluator- intermediate” national exam from Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station with an outstanding 20/20 blind test.
I love craftsmanship and heritage, particularly in gastronomy and jewellery. I have been enhancing my palette in learning wine and tea in France(Alsace, the Champagne) and Taiwan from harvesting grapes/picking tea leaves, soil knowledge and management, to wine making/roasting tea.
I dive in food within agriculture through geographic and climatic landscape to the evolution of past and modern history which supports the understanding of consumer behaviour towards living and the future of sustainability.
I thank France for opening up a new world to me, particularly in gastronomy, sensory, exploring a new interest, and a part of myself that I never know.
Living and travelling in Europe is a book come to live experience. I cannot delve more how it has impact in shaping my personalities and how I see this world with various lens.
